Entrepreneur, Former State Senator, and Human-Centered Systems Builder

Tyler Pace is an entrepreneur, former state legislator, and lifelong builder—of businesses, systems, stories, and communities. His work spans healthcare leadership, public policy, nonprofit development, and creative design, always grounded in a passion for education, sustainability, and people-first innovation.
Over the last decade, Tyler has helped launch and grow companies, initiatives, and ideas that aim to make life better and more equitable—especially for those too often left behind by traditional systems. Whether advising national associations, crafting policy, or prototyping board games with his kids, his approach blends curiosity, vision, and a deep belief in human potential.
As a founding member and former Managing Partner of Aegis Health Care, Tyler helped transform the company into one of the country’s leading providers of home-based care for seniors. Under his leadership, Aegis expanded nationally, serving thousands through integrated care models and multiple service lines. He led efforts across regulation, finance, IT, and operations—overseeing everything from multi-state expansion of Provider and DME services to the integration of numerous acquisitions. His work included founding the Aegis Center for Medical Education, launching Vesta House, and authoring unified policies, procedure, and accounting practices to align care and compliance across diverse markets and business lines. At every step, his focus remained on empowering people and improving outcomes through education, trust, and thoughtful systems.
In public service, Tyler represented his hometown in the Arizona State Senate, where he chaired the Transportation and Technology Committee and served in key roles on Health and Human Services, Commerce, Ethics, and Education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was appointed by Governor Ducey to several statewide task forces, helping guide Arizona’s response across healthcare, business, and public health.
Tyler also co-founded MyBrightFutures, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for rural Malaysian youth. As the first team member on the ground, he managed housing, logistics, and school partnerships—laying the foundation for what became a trusted local resource. He later served as a board member until the nonprofit’s closure, at which point remaining funds were donated to a local organization to continue the mission.
Today, Tyler advises organizations across healthcare, infrastructure, and technology, with a growing focus on sustainability, scalable design, and community-rooted innovation. He’s currently building Orb Creative, a venture studio for ideas that blend storytelling, education, and playful problem-solving—through games, media, and public projects.
A fifth-generation Arizonan, Tyler graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University’s Hugh Downs School of Human Communication. He’s a frequent public speaker on topics including healthcare transformation, leadership, systems thinking, and future-of-work innovation.
Outside of work, Tyler is a proud dad, amateur game designer, and lifelong learner. He fills his time traveling with his family, chasing good food, interesting people, and meaningful stories. Whether in business or life, his mission is simple: build systems—and tell stories—that make the future more sustainable, more human, and more worth living in.
